Every one of those groups showed approval rates under 40%, with the youngest voters, age 18 to 34, among the most dissatisfied at a dismal 21%.<\/p>\n<p>In only two states out of 50, deep-blue Hawaii and Vermont, do Biden\u2019s supporters outnumber his detractors.<\/p>\n<p>Democrats and black voters are the two groups still in the president\u2019s corner, the survey found \u2014 and not by much.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Screen-Shot-2022-07-09-at-5.54.26-PM-3.png\"><\/a><figcaption>The latest poll shows a growing disapproval for President Biden.<\/figcaption><figcaption><span class=\"credit\">CIVIQS<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Just 56% of African Americans \u2014 the Dems\u2019 most loyal voting bloc \u2014 signaled their approval, and Democrats overall hit 64%, a new low.<\/p>\n<div class=\"single__inline-module inline-module inline-module--newsletter alignright\">\n<div class=\"inline-module__inner\">\n<h3 class=\"inline-module__title headline headline--combo-sm-md\">\n\t\t\tKeep up with today&#8217;s most important news\t\t<\/h3>\n<p class=\"inline-module__cta\">\n\t\t\tStay up on the very latest with Evening Update.\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Even more galling, Biden\u2019s 30% overall approval was far below the 39% that Civiqs registered in 2017 as President Donald Trump\u2019s lowest-ever number \u2014 and not even in shouting distance of the 44% approval rating Trump notched at the same point in his presidency.<\/p>\n<p>The survey came at the end of a dismal week for Biden, as the specter of recession loomed, gas prices remained near record highs, parents kept scrambling for baby formula, and a July 4 mass shooting roiled the gun control debate.<\/p>\n<p>His administration took fire from every side as it <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/07\/08\/nyc-democrats-blast-biden-over-monkeypox-vaccine-mess\/\">failed to secure<\/a> supplies of monkeypox vaccine and admitted that Border Patrol agents <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/07\/08\/border-agents-falsely-accused-of-whipping-migrants-punishment\/\">did not whip migrants<\/a>, as Biden had claimed.<\/p>\n<p>After <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/07\/05\/white-house-unprepared-for-roe-v-wade-overturn-despite-warning-report\/\">weeks of brutal criticism<\/a> from lefty Dems for his flaccid response to the Supreme Court\u2019s Dobbs decision overturning Roe v.
