He was 99.<\/p>\n<p>A message shared on the late-performer star\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/m.facebook.com\/story.php?story_fbid=pfbid02yGq4DQSgcXvVBgGhNUaV1svGxzAq4QTsGbRPbcRdRc3eHjiN9EaQ6Ty2mSK9rWyZl&#038;id=100044427546605&#038;m_entstream_source=feed_mobile\">Facebook page<\/a> on Friday from his family read that, Storch\u2019s loved ones were in mourning following the death of the comedic character, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/pop-culture\/pop-culture-news\/larry-storch-f-troop-actor-dies-99-rcna37352\">NBC News<\/a> reported. His most famous role was a Corporal Randolph Agarn on the hit 1960\u2019s series.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is with the heaviest of hearts that we share with you the news our beloved Larry passed away in his sleep overnight,\u201d the statement read.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are shocked and at a loss for words at the moment,\u201d the statement added. \u201cPlease remember he loved each and every one of you and wouldn\u2019t want you to cry over his passing. One voice people might recognize that he did was for The Joker in the Batman TV series from 1968-1969, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/name\/nm0832415\/\">IMDb<\/a> noted.<\/p>\n<p>After he served in the Navy in World War II, Storch got his start in Hollywood when he was discovered by Hollywood great, Lucille Ball, the <a href=\"https:\/\/thelaughbutton.com\/comedian-larry-storch-star-of-f-troop-dead-at-99\">Laugh Button<\/a> noted. He was part of the entertainment business starting in the 1940\u2019s all the way up through last July when he made his last public appearance, the outlet noted.<\/p>\n<p>The star was not only a part of the small screen but the big screen as well, staring with famed actor and pal Tony Curtis in movies like \u201cThe Prince Who Was a Thief \u201c(1951), \u201c40 Pounds of Trouble\u201d (1962), \u201cSex and the Single Girl\u201d (1964), and \u201cThe Great Race\u201d (1965), as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/tv\/tv-news\/larry-storch-dead-f-troop-1235177225\/\">The Hollywood Reporter<\/a> noted.<\/p>\n<p>Storch was married to actress Norma Storch from 1961 until her death in 2003. She had a daughter, June, with Jimmy Cross.
