Despite the growing evidence of a manipulated election, they released <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cisa.gov\/news\/2020\/11\/12\/joint-statement-elections-infrastructure-government-coordinating-council-election\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reports<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.brennancenter.org\/our-work\/research-reports\/its-official-election-was-secure\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">studies<\/a> that claimed that voter fraud is rare and that there were no systematic voting issues in states. <\/p>\n<p>Anyone who disagreed with their conclusions was immediately smeared for touting \u201cbaseless\u201d and \u201cunfounded\u201d conspiracy theories rooted in a \u201cbig lie.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cElection Security Experts Contradict Trump\u2019s Voting Claims,\u201d The New York Times <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2020\/11\/16\/business\/election-security-letter-trump.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">blared<\/a> in a headline just a couple of weeks after Election Day.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, these were the same class of experts who signed a <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20201117034926\/https:\/\/www.brennancenter.org\/sites\/default\/files\/legal-work\/ExpertsSign-OnLettertoCongress.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">letter<\/a> five years ago, when Hillary Clinton lost the 2016 election, claiming that U.S. elections were vulnerable and had some of the same weaknesses that they dismiss now. <\/p>\n<p>The truth is, there was plenty of evidence to suggest that Joe Biden\u2019s journey to the White House wasn\u2019t blemish-free. Under the guise of protecting voters from Covid-19, states began recklessly mailing out ballots informed by outdated voter rolls. They eliminated election security safeguards and encouraged a flood of unverified absentee ballots. <\/p>\n<p>In\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/11\/08\/setting-election-laws-belongs-to-pennsylvanias-legislature-not-its-courts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pennsylvania<\/a>, Democrats used the leftist courts to change the state\u2019s Election Code to expand mail-in voting, add drop boxes, and relax the verification standards for mailed ballots. In other key states, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/videos\/mollie-hemingway-on-her-bombshell-report-exposing-mark-zuckerberg-for-buying-the-2020-election\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zuckerberg<\/a>\u00a0used shady election-manipulating organizations\u00a0to incentivize and orchestrate increased Democrat voter\u00a0turnout.<\/p>\n<p>Even on Election Day, poll observers in several swing states said\u00a0they were <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/10\/14\/the-2020-election-wasnt-stolen-it-was-vandalized-by-democrats-big-tech-and-the-media\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">targeted<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefdrlst.wpengine.com\/2020\/11\/06\/election-fraud-in-detroit-they-did-not-want-us-to-see-what-was-happening\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">harassed, lied to, and banned from the ballot-counting rooms<\/a>\u00a0which they were supposed to observe. In Michigan, Republican poll challengers claimed tens of thousands of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/v2-9mdnszte.thefederalist.com\/2020\/11\/12\/lawsuit-claims-40000-plus-fraudulent-ballots-pumped-through-detroit-for-joe-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bad ballots were counted for Biden<\/a>\u00a0in Detroit and signed sworn affidavits saying so.<\/p>\n<p>Yet, anyone who suggested anything to contradict the narrative that this was the \u201cmost secure election\u201d ever was nuked off of the internet by Big Tech and scolded by corporate media. When they gathered in Washington D.C. to protest, they and Republicans nowhere near the nation\u2019s Capitol building were <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/01\/03\/peaceful-demands-for-secure-elections-do-not-constitute-insurrection\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">smeared as \u201cinsurrectionists.\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n<p>That event became the basis for the hyperpartisan Jan. 6 Committee and their sham attempts to subpoena election integrity supporters for the crime of questioning what happened in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The Wisconsin Supreme Court\u2019s decision just proves what many of us have known since before Nov. 3, 2020: Our latest presidential election was tainted by some of the most powerful institutions in our nation who meddled, censored, and rigged whatever they could to pave Joe Biden\u2019s way to the Oval Office.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n<p>\n  Jordan Boyd is a staff writer at The Federalist and co-producer of The Federalist Radio Hour.
