Jackson <\/em>ruling, which handed decisions about abortion back to the states and thus voters, President Joe Biden signed an executive order on Friday that pushes his taxpayer-funded, abortion-on-demand agenda to the top of his administration\u2019s priority list.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/statements-releases\/2022\/07\/08\/fact-sheet-president-biden-to-sign-executive-order-protecting-access-to-reproductive-health-care-services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">order<\/a> will funnel federal time, resources, and funds, mostly through the Department of Health and Human Services, to shield existing abortion clinics, promote unlimited abortion, and circumvent Republican state laws to help send women to abortion appointments in other states.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat we\u2019re witnessing wasn\u2019t a constitutional judgment. It was an exercise in raw political power,\u201d Biden said.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to casting doubt on the legitimacy of the Supreme Court, Biden called <em>Dobbs<\/em> \u201cextreme\u201d and claimed the Republican-nominated justices who made up the majority lied about the ruling being \u201ca decision driven by history.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Polling suggests that at least <a href=\"https:\/\/harvardharrispoll.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/HHP_June2022_KeyResults.pdf\">44 percent of Americans<\/a> \u2014 a plurality \u2014 prefer for abortion issues to be dealt with at the state level, yet Biden is using his executive power to implement pro-abortion radicalism through the federal government under the guise of ensuring that \u201cAmericans have access to reliable and accurate information about their rights and access to care.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s unclear how exactly the Biden administration defines \u201creliable and accurate information,\u201d but if <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/06\/21\/pro-choice-democrats-demand-google-block-search-results-for-crisis-pregnancy-centers\/\">congressional Democrats get their way<\/a>, that information will deliberately exclude pregnancy centers that work around the clock to assist women and children but have been smeared as \u201cfake clinics.\u201d Some Democrats have even demanded they be shut down. Meanwhile, Biden and his administration were silent on the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/06\/14\/corporate-media-law-enforcement-uninterested-in-political-violence-when-it-involves-pregnancy-centers\/\">firebombings at dozens of pregnancy centers<\/a> around the nation.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><\/figure>\n<p>Despite demands from progressives such as <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/bennyjohnson\/status\/1542218798387822594?s=20&#038;t=nDsSnZa5bCDYl7gYvINWRA\">Sen. Elizabeth Warren<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/realDailyWire\/status\/1541831335706255367?s=20&#038;t=nDsSnZa5bCDYl7gYvINWRA\">Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez<\/a> to open abortion facilities on federal lands, the Biden administration declined to implement the practice, which could have <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/j29dnImCTj\">\u201cdangerous ramifications.\u201d<\/a> Instead, Biden plans to use Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra to increase the promotion of contraception including some <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/03\/11\/women-deserve-to-know-all-the-risks-of-hormonal-birth-control-not-cherry-picked-data\/\">problematic birth controls<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/12\/17\/biden-administration-endorses-more-baby-killing-by-green-lighting-mail-order-abortion-pills\/\">harmful abortion pills<\/a> and said he wants the Department of Justice to do \u201ceverything in their power\u201d to protect women seeking abortions and abortion facilities. <\/p>\n<p>Biden previously signaled he would not accept the Supreme Court\u2019s <em>Dobbs<\/em> decision. Less than 24 hours after the draft<em> <\/em>opinion was leaked in May, Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/05\/03\/five-times-democrats-insisted-the-supreme-court-must-be-obeyed-without-question\/\">threatened<\/a> to use his executive authority to reject the end of <em>Roe v. Wade<\/em>. Despite Democrats\u2019 history of defending poor rulings from the high court as the \u201claw of the land,\u201d Biden pledged to use his Gender Policy Council and White House Counsel\u2019s Office to counter \u201cthe continued attack on abortion and reproductive rights\u201d by the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n<p>When the court officially released the final <em>Dobbs<\/em> decision, Biden called on Americans to vote for pro-abortion politicians who will give Democrats in Congress the leverage they need to snatch the abortion issue back from states and voters to the federal level. He repeated the same plea to circumvent \u201cextreme Republican governors\u201d and \u201cRepublican extremists in the Congress\u201d on Friday during his remarks about the new executive order. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is the fastest route available. I\u2019m just stating a basic fundamental notion. The fastest way to restore <em>Roe<\/em> is to pass a national law codifying <em>Roe<\/em>, which I will sign immediately upon its passage on my desk,\u201d Biden said, shortly before he repeated an <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/meganfoxwriter\/status\/1544426366837342208?s=21&#038;t=SbgAX-WI_ZnmTr0YR9c9KQ\">unconfirmed and dubious story<\/a> about a 10-year-old girl who was denied an abortion.<\/p>\n<p>Several pro-life organizations condemned Biden\u2019s remarks and his executive order. \u201cIt is tragic that this administration is using its power to push for more and more painful abortions which harm women and take innocent lives.
