Jared Polis describing the measure as \u201creal relief when Coloradans need it most\u201d while citing \u201cthe impact of rising costs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Indiana plans to return a total of $1 billion to Hoosier taxpayers in the form of a $350 tax refund per individual, with Gov. Eric Holcomb <a href=\"https:\/\/events.in.gov\/event\/governor_holcomb_proposes_returning_1_billion_to_hoosier_taxpayers?utm_campaign=widget&#038;utm_medium=widget&#038;utm_source=State+of+Indiana\">saying early in June<\/a> that the state\u2019s residents have \u201creal needs right now during this period of high inflation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Maine plans to dole out a round of $850 \u201crelief checks\u201d as residents \u201care grappling with the increased costs as a result of pandemic-driven inflation, ranging from higher energy costs to increased prices of everyday goods,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maine.gov\/governor\/mills\/relief-checks\">according to<\/a> the office of Maine Gov.
