Doug Ducey, a Republican, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/arizona-enacts-law-requiring-proof-of-citizenship-to-vote-in-presidential-elections_4375671.html\">signed the bill into law<\/a> that month.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cElection integrity means counting every lawful vote and prohibiting any attempt to illegally cast a vote,\u201d Ducey said in a letter outlining why he supported the bill.<\/p>\n<p>State Rep.
