Christopher Covelli, of the Lake County Major Crime Task Force, FOX 10 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fox10phoenix.com\/news\/highland-park-parade-shooting-gunman-wore-womens-clothing\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Per The Daily Wire policy, the suspected shooter will not be named.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInvestigators do believe he did this to conceal his facial tattoos and his identity and help him during the escape with the other people who were fleeing the chaos,\u201d Covelli added.<\/p>\n<p>After the attack, the shooter walked to his mother\u2019s house, where he borrowed her vehicle, the report noted.
