The only two exceptions are Hawaii (45 to 42 percent) and Vermont (44 to 38 percent). On Monday, the record-low approval was met by his highest disapproval at <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.ph\/VCmti\">58 percent<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Biden has been plagued with lousy job approval numbers and continuous failures during his time in office.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>His job approval was at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/07\/02\/civiqs-poll-joe-biden-approval-lowest-of-presidency-31-overall\/\">31 percent<\/a> on Friday, down from\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/06\/19\/civiqs-poll-biden-approval-lowest-presidency-32-overall\/\">32 percent<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/06\/13\/poll-joe-bidens-job-approval-underwater-in-48-states-33-overall\/\">33 percent<\/a> in June and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/05\/30\/poll-joe-bidens-job-approval-underwater-in-47-states-34-overall\/\">34 percent<\/a> in May. Similarly, nearly one month ago,\u00a0Quinnipiac polling on June 8 also found Biden\u2019s job approval rating at\u00a033 percent.<\/p>\n<p>The president is also\u00a0underwater with independent respondents, which make up an\u00a0increasingly influential\u00a0voter bloc, especially in recent years.\u00a0Only 18 percent of independent respondents say they approve of Biden, while 68 percent disapprove, with 13 percent having no opinion.<\/p>\n<p>Biden\u2019s low job approval numbers have been exacerbated by\u00a0many crises during his roughly 18 months in office.<\/p>\n<p>During his presidency, the country has seen a supply chain <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/10\/19\/record-breaking-100-ships-anchored-waiting-at-los-angeles-and-long-beach-ports\/\">crisis<\/a>, record-high <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/05\/10\/joe-biden-blames-everything-but-himself-for-inflation-in-speech-offering-no-new-solutions\/\">inflation<\/a>, a baby formula <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/05\/24\/watch-house-republican-group-hits-democrats-over-baby-formula-shortage-in-ad\/\">shortage<\/a>, and the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/08\/28\/pentagon-releases-names-of-the-13-service-members-killed-in-kabul-attack\/\">botched<\/a> Afghanistan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/10\/22\/state-department-americans-afghanistan\/\">withdrawal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, his marquee legislative proposal, the\u00a0$1.75 trillion <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/19\/house-passes-behemoth-build-back-better-act\/\">Build Back Better Act<\/a>\u00a0(BBB), has been dead in the water for some time. The country also recently saw a slew of record-high gas prices last month, with the\u00a0average gas price reaching above $5.00 per gallon.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0CIVIQS rolling job approval <a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/archive.ph\/VCmti\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">average<\/a> had 220,951 responses tracked between January 20 and July 3.\u00a0The CIVIQS tracking model <a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/civiqs.com\/results\/approve_president_biden?uncertainty=true&#038;annotations=true&#038;zoomIn=true&#038;All%20Respondents=Total&#038;trendline=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">captures<\/a>\u00a0the shifts in attitude of various groups over time across all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
