Larry Hogan, Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich, and Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin demanding that authorities <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/category\/us\/us-protests\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">put an end to picketing<\/a> and &#8220;threatening activity&#8221; outside the homes of SCOTUS justices.<\/p>\n<p>Last month, 26-year-old Nicholas Roske arrived at Supreme Court Justice <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/california-man-threat-kill-justice-kavanaugh-charged-attempted-murder\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>Brett Kavanaugh&#8217;s Maryland home<\/u><\/a> with designs on killing Kavanaugh and then himself, prosecutors say. The Justice Department, however, has thus far refused to interfere with demonstrators outside the homes of several Supreme Court justices, including Clarence Thomas, Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>While the DOJ has provided security at the justices&#8217; homes, they have allowed protests and picketing to continue unimpeded.<\/p>\n<div class=\"article-meta\">\n<div class=\"author-bio\">\n<p>Timothy Nerozzi is a writer for Fox News Digital.
