Biden (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ca5.uscourts.gov\/docs\/default-source\/default-document-library\/22-40043.pdf?sfvrsn=3ebac82d_0\">pdf<\/a>), effectively dissolving the court\u2019s April decision.<\/p>\n<p>This means that President Joe Biden\u2019s vaccine mandate, which he introduced via Executive Order 14043 in September 2021, will remain blocked as long as the court does not issue a decision otherwise. The court has tentatively calendared the en banc oral arguments for the week of Sept. 12.<\/p>\n<p>Feds for Medical Freedom, the plaintiffs, first challenged Biden\u2019s vaccine mandate in a district court in Texas in December 2021 and alleged that the president exceeded his authority in imposing the vaccine mandate for federal employees.<\/p>\n<p>The federal judge, Justice Jeffrey Brown, <a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.txsd.1855108\/gov.uscourts.txsd.1855108.36.0.pdf\">sided<\/a> with the plaintiffs and issued an injunction order in January to block Biden\u2019s federal vaccine mandate, which was in effect nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo is submitting to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/t-covid-19\">COVID-19<\/a> vaccine, particularly when required as a condition of one\u2019s employment, workplace conduct? The answer to this question became a lot clearer after the Supreme Court\u2019s ruling earlier this month,\u201d J.
