Wade was long overdue but the right move.<\/p>\n<p>Trump said the 6-3 <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/06\/24\/republicans-reactions-roe-v-wade-abortion-supreme-court-justices-congress-dobbs-jackson-womens-health-organization\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">decision<\/a> \u201cis following the Constitution, and giving rights back when they should have been given long ago.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis brings everything back to the states where it has always belonged,\u201d Trump told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/trump-praises-supreme-court-decision-overturning-roe-v-wade\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fox News<\/a>. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/06\/24\/pelosi-lambasts-scotus-as-radical-and-extremist-while-holding-back-tears\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Pelosi Lambasts SCOTUS As \u2018Radical\u2019 And \u2018Extremist\u2019 While Holding Back Tears)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn the end, this is something that will work out for everybody,\u201d Trump said.<\/p>\n<p>The former president, who appointed three of the justices who made up the <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/06\/23\/karine-jean-pierre-wont-say-whether-biden-accept-scotus-ruling-roe-wade-legitimate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">majority<\/a> in the case, didn\u2019t take credit for the overturning of Roe v. Wade, saying, \u201cGod made the decision,\u201d according to Fox News.<\/p>\n<p>The high court <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/06\/24\/roe-v-wade-overturned-supreme-court-dobbs-v-jackson-womens-health\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ruled Friday<\/a> to overturn the landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade decision, remanding the issue of abortion back to the states. The majority upheld Mississippi\u2019s 15-week abortion ban in the case of Dobbs v.
