Jackson Women\u2019s Health Organization Friday.<\/p>\n<p>The 6-3 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.supremecourt.gov\/opinions\/21pdf\/19-1392_6j37.pdf\">ruling<\/a> authored by Associate Justice Samuel Alito tracked the draft <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/05\/02\/supreme-court-roe-v-wade-samuel-alito-politico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">leaked<\/a> in May, and found the Constitution did not guarantee a right to abortion, returning the power to restrict abortions to the states. The leak prompted protests in front of the homes of Supreme Court justices and <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/06\/08\/abortion-firebomb-pro-life-attacks-roe-v-wade\/\">attacks<\/a> on pro-life groups, crisis pregnancy centers and churches.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Court\u2019s decision has destroyed nearly fifty years of precedent and will allow the criminalization of the right to this essential healthcare,\u201d Democratic Sen.
