Wade<\/em> and <em>Planned Parenthood v. Casey<\/em> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/united-states-supreme-court-overturns-roe-v-wade-leaves-abortion-restrictions-to-states\">its decision<\/a> on <em>Dobbs v. Jackson Women\u2019s Health Organization \u2014 <\/em>\u00a0a challenge to a Mississippi law greatly restricting the federal right to abortion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>Roe<\/em> was egregiously wrong from the start. Its reasoning was exceptionally weak, and the decision has had damaging consequences.
