While speaking in March about the war in Ukraine, Biden used a \u201cTough Putin Q&#038;A\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/29\/joe-biden-tough-putin-question-answer-cheat-sheet\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cheat sheet<\/a>. The pamphlet included several possible questions and possible answers.<\/p>\n<p>Biden\u2019s mental health has come under renewed scrutiny.
