A Wall Street Journal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/fda-to-order-juul-e-cigarettes-off-u-s-market-11655904689\">report<\/a> published earlier in the day indicated an imminent move from the FDA to remove Juul vaping products from the market \u2014 and Hannity, a <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/breaking-fda-officially-orders-all-juul-electronic-cigarettes-removed-from-the-u-s-market\/\">Juul<\/a> user himself, was not impressed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WATCH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;They ban it, I&#8217;ll do it live on TV. They can come and arrest me. How\u2019s that?&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/seanhannity?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@seanhannity<\/a> promises to throw down over proposed Juul ban. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/mcYigcc3YJ\">pic.twitter.com\/mcYigcc3YJ<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Virginia Kruta (@VAKruta) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/VAKruta\/status\/1539993548937990145?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 23, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Gallagher began by noting that the government had initially blamed Juul for a surge in underage vaping \u2014 arguing that the company\u2019s marketing and fruity flavors had appealed specifically to a younger-than-legal audience.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJuul has been trying to get on the right side of regulators by limiting its marketing and banning mango, mint, other sweet flavors. The company even suggested a vaping device that can only be unlocked if you\u2019re 21,\u201d Gallagher said during his report.<\/p>\n<p>Gallagher noted that the FDA\u2019s move came as a surprise because Juul\u2019s main competitors were allowed to keep their products on the market in the United States. He also pointed out the fact that while the company could certainly appeal the decision, the appeals process \u2014 and any product adjustments they might have to make \u2014 would \u201ctake a bunch of time and a whole lot of money.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey ban it, and I\u2019ll do it live on TV and they can come and arrest me. How\u2019s that?\u201d Hannity cracked in response before moving on to the next segment. \u201cNow, while the Biden FDA wants people to stop vaping, many Democratic-run cities and states, they have no problem decriminalizing even hard drugs, even as overdose deaths are spiking,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Vaping on air would not be a new thing for the popular Fox News host, either \u2014 he\u2019s been caught in the past with his Juul still out when his show came back from a commercial break and he misjudged the timing. \u201cUh-oh,\u201d was his response on one such occasion, as he quickly put the Juul away and went back to his broadcast.<\/p>\n[embedded content]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fox News host Sean Hannity promised to break out his own Juul e-cigarette on live television if Congress moved to ban the vape product, saying that someone would just have to come and arrest him.
