Huth first filed suit seven years ago.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s been torture,\u201d \u00a0Huth noted, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2022\/06\/21\/1106649975\/civil-jury-finds-bill-cosby-sexually-abused-teenager-in-1975\">according<\/a> to NPR. \u201cTo be ripped apart, you know, thrown under the bus and backed over. This, to me, is such a big victory.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was elated,\u201d she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2022\/06\/21\/entertainment\/bill-cosby-civil-case\/index.html\">added<\/a>, per CNN. \u201cIt has been so many years, so many tears.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-uri=\"archive.cms.cnn.com\/_components\/paragraph\/instances\/paragraph_D05E2090-EA1C-A50E-60FF-88AEB7D2F8A8@published\" data-editable=\"text\" data-component-name=\"paragraph\" data-analytics-observe=\"on\">Huth had accused Cosby of giving her liquor and taking her and her friend Donna Samuelson to the Playboy Mansion in 1975 after she and Samuelson had met him previously on a film set. Huth claimed Cosby tried to shove his hand down her pants but was dissuaded when she told him she was having her period.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was trying to deflect,\u201d she said, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/news\/us-news\/verdict-reached-civil-trial-bill-cosby-woman-said-sexually-assaulted-1-rcna33954\">reported<\/a> NBC News. \u201cBut he didn\u2019t stop. I just closed my eyes. \u2026 It was so fast. Maybe five minutes. Quick.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Instead, she said, he took her hand and made her masturbate him, The Los Angeles Times <a href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/entertainment-arts\/story\/2022-06-21\/bill-cosby-verdict-judy-huth-civil-trial\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Huth claimed that Cosby told her and Samuelson, \u201cThat if any of the Playboy bunnies asked their age, they should say they were 19,\u201d according to CNN.<\/p>\n<p>Huth said she did not tell anyone about the alleged incident until she saw other women accuse Cosby and after her son\u2019s 15th birthday. \u201cI went back to being irritable,\u201d she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-10939805\/Jurors-reach-verdict-Bill-Cosby-sex-abuse-case-1975.html\">recalled<\/a>, per the Daily Mail. \u201cI went back to blaming myself. I became a loner.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJurors determined Cosby intentionally caused harmful sexual contact with Huth, that he reasonably believed she was under 18, and that his conduct was driven by unnatural or abnormal sexual interest in a minor,\u201d the Daily Mail added.<\/p>\n<p>Last year, Cosby\u2019s conviction after he was found guilty of drugging and molesting Temple University employee Andrea Constand was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/world-nation\/story\/2021-06-30\/explainer-why-bill-cosbys-conviction-was-overturned\">thrown out<\/a> and he was released from prison, where he had been incarcerated since 2018.<\/p>\n<p>In April 2019, Cosby\u2019s insurance company, American International Group (A.I.G.), settled a sexual battery lawsuit filed against him by Chloe Goins.
