The other officer, who was off-duty and not assigned to the investigation, mentioned Saget\u2019s death to a neighbor ahead of the family\u2019s notification.<\/p>\n<p>Page Six reported in March that both Kelly Rizzo, Saget\u2019s wife, as well as a crew member on \u201cFuller House\u201d confirmed that Saget was not feeling well at the time of his death.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe records released tell the entire story \u2014 that is, Bob passed away after a fall and hitting his head in his hotel room,\u201d the Saget family\u2019s attorney, Brian H. Bieber, shared in a statement on behalf of Rizzo,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2022\/03\/24\/bob-sagets-widow-stands-by-autopsy-amid-claim-he-felt-ill\/?utm_source=P6Twitter&#038;utm_medium=SocialFlow&#038;utm_campaign=SocialFlow&#038;crl8_id=3ff6062c-bcb8-4e3f-8b2e-38269f59b130\">reported<\/a> Page Six.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow that the medical examiner\u2019s and police department\u2019s records have been released after their respective thorough investigations, the Saget family would appreciate privacy to mourn in peace,\u201d the statement to the outlet added.<\/p>\n<p>As The Daily Wire previously <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/bob-sagets-widow-speaks-out-about-latest-info-regarding-her-husbands-death\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>, an audio clip from the Orange County Sheriff\u2019s Office revealed that showrunner Rosalie Cocci told authorities that the \u201cFull House\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/officials-release-new-information-about-final-moments-before-bob-saget-died\">star<\/a>\u00a0claimed his hearing was \u201coff\u201d and he was dealing with a \u201csore throat\u201d before he took the stage at the concert hall where she works in Orlando on January 8,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2022\/03\/23\/bob-saget-stage-crew-showrunner-covid-sick-hearing-issues\/\">reported<\/a>\u00a0TMZ.<\/p>\n<p>The event occurred the day before news surfaced that he was found dead in his hotel room. Cocci also said Saget was suffering from \u201clong-term COVID\u201d following the official autopsy report that determined he had died from blunt head trauma, as <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2022\/02\/10\/autopsy-reveals-bob-saget-had-multiple-skull-fractures\/?_ga=2.189027883.1654567991.1648069798-212677189.1646695496\">reported<\/a>\u00a0previously by the outlet.<\/p>\n<p>Saget\u2019s family filed a lawsuit against the Orange County Sheriff\u2019s office in February to block the release of records related to his death. In March, a Florida judge granted a permanent injunction in favor of the family\u2019s request.<\/p>\n<p>Saget family attorney Brian Bieber released a statement on behalf of the family following the ruling.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe entire Saget family is grateful that the Judge granted their request for an injunction to preserve Bob\u2019s dignity, as well as their privacy rights, especially after suffering this unexpected and tragic loss. We are pleased this issue has been resolved, and the healing process can continue to move forward.
