Those people were dubbed by the investigators as \u201cmules.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While some states allow people to gather ballots from certain people and drop them off, the volume of ballots inserted into the boxes, and the fact that the people went to multiple boxes to drop ballots off, showed what happened was illegal, filmmakers say.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4462899\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/img.theepochtimes.com\/assets\/uploads\/2022\/05\/12\/dinesh-in-washington-1200x800.jpg\"><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\"><noscript><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4462899\" src=\"https:\/\/img.theepochtimes.com\/assets\/uploads\/2022\/05\/12\/dinesh-in-washington.jpg\" alt=\"Epoch Times Photo\" width=\"3000\" height=\"2000\" \/><\/noscript><\/figcaption><\/a> Filmmaker Dinesh D\u2019Souza in Washington on Aug. 1, 2018. (Shannon Finney\/Getty Images)<\/figure>\n<p>\u201cThe mules are instructed to do three votes over here or five votes over there, 10 votes over here, they spread it around so as not to raise eyebrows and not to raise suspicion,\u201d D\u2019Souza previously said on EpochTV\u2019s \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/dinesh-dsouza-enough-fraud-was-committed-to-steal-2020-election_4443068.html\">Crossroads<\/a>.\u201dThe scale of the operation was enough to tip the 2020 election, he added.<\/p>\n<p>The Texas GOP <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/16nGu6jk7sGhy2IQdDQpYPuyCqw8oM0LBjmCqpFUfd5M\/edit#gid=2076385217\">passed<\/a> the resolution on Saturday afternoon during a voting session on the party\u2019s platform and legislative priorities.<\/p>\n<p>The approved platform also recommends numerous measures to bolster election integrity, including by implementing voter photo ID and in-person voting, and tightening the voter registration process.<\/p>\n<p>Other issues endorsed in the state Republican\u2019s latest platform include a call to abolish abortion, preserve gun rights, remove Marxist ideology and critical race theory from schools, and ban gender modification of children.<\/p>\n<p>James Wesolek, communication director for the Republican Party of Texas, told The Epoch Times that 5,500 delegates attended the convention, which offers Republicans an opportunity to set priorities for the next legislative session in 2023 and elect party leaders.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRemember, the Republican Party of Texas is a grassroots party,\u201d Matt Rinaldi, chairman of the Republican Party of Texas, told attendees of the contention, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.houstonpublicmedia.org\/articles\/news\/politics\/2022\/06\/17\/427197\/texas-gop-conventions-main-theme-going-on-offense-against-democrats\/\">Houston Public Media<\/a> reported. \u201cIt doesn\u2019t belong to me, the governor, or senators or congressmen, or any elected official. This is your party.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to the U.S. National Archives, Joe Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archives.gov\/electoral-college\/2020\">received<\/a> 306 electoral votes in the 2020 election and Donald Trump received 232 electoral votes. Trump and conservative figures across the country have alleged since then that substantial fraud influenced the 2020 election results.
