That would carry a possible fine of up to $100, which would be dismissed if the person receiving the fine calls Lines for Life and seeks a health evaluation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is what happens when drugs are illegal,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/permission-to-go-off-greg-gutfeld-drops-the-hammer-on-biden-says-hes-lost-the-sense-of-what-america-is\/\">Gutfeld<\/a> said, arguing that the problem was the fact that even when small amounts of the drugs were decriminalized, the street drugs were still often full of toxic additives or mixed with other drugs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll of these poisonings are street concoctions. We always just say, \u2018Oh, it\u2019s opiates.\u2019 But it\u2019s actually a toxic poison, it\u2019s street fentanyl. This is not prescription stuff,\u201d Gutfeld said, going on to argue that loosening restrictions on prescription drugs could lead to addicts using safer products.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re\u00a0doing just the same thing with ghost guns and law-abiding gun. Were punishing the law-abiding user because there are people using illegally. It\u2019s the same thing with guns that we\u2019re doing a drugs. Lower the restrictions, make it OTC,\u201d Gutfeld argued.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am not buying this libertarian mumbo-jumbo,\u201d Watters pushed back.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat? It\u2019s called facts,\u201d Gutfeld objected.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a perfect example of libertarianism gone wrong. Greg has been singing the song ever since I came on \u2018The Five.\u2019 \u2018Legalize drugs, legalize drugs, decriminalize it.&#8217;\u201d Watters continued. \u201cThey did it. Oregon listened to Gutfeld. Now, look at Oregon. Everyone\u2019s dead. That\u2019s what happens when you listen to Greg. You die.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat I\u2019m saying is, if somebody\u2019s actually using a safe drug, this doesn\u2019t happen,\u201d Gutfeld protested.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIs heroin a safe drug?\u201d co-host Jeanine Pirro asked.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPeople actually take heroin, yes. Do you know that fentanyl is actually a drug that is prescribed?
