He said that while he believed it was likely true that both <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/dana-perino-says-amber-heards-today-show-interview-is-proof-her-counsel-hates-her\/\">Heard<\/a> and Depp had been \u201cabusive to each other\u201d at times, the jury had found Depp\u2019s testimony to be more authentic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WATCH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Johnny Depp\/Amber Heard juror: &#8220;It seemed like she was able to flip the switch on her emotions. She would answer one question and she would be crying and two seconds later she would turn ice cold. It didn\u2019t seem natural.&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/rsvKjUt6jO\">pic.twitter.com\/rsvKjUt6jO<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Virginia Kruta (@VAKruta) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/VAKruta\/status\/1537498796455780353?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 16, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe juror, one of five men on the seven-person jury, said <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/he-could-sue-her-again-judge-jeanine-says-amber-heard-risked-another-lawsuit-when-she-doubled-down-on-victim-status\/\">Heard\u2019s emotional testimony<\/a> was not realistic,\u201d ABC\u2019s Trevor Ault reported \u2014 and he went on to share some of the juror\u2019s comments.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe crying, the facial expressions she had, the staring at the jury, all of us were very uncomfortable.\u201d the juror said. \u201cIt didn\u2019t come across as believable. It seemed like she was able to flip the switch on her emotions \u2026 She would answer one question and she would be crying and two seconds later she would turn ice cold. Some of us used the expression \u2018crocodile tears.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The juror went on to say that the perception of Depp had been very different \u2014 that he had appeared to be more stable and his testimony had been more consistent and believable.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOn Depp\u2019s side, a lot of the jury felt what he was saying at the end of the day was more believable,\u201d he explained. \u201cHe just seemed a little more real in terms of how he was responding to questions. His emotional state was very stable throughout.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Another major blow to Heard\u2019s credibility came when she was asked about her promise to donate her $7 million divorce settlement to charity \u2014 and the revelation came during the trial that she had not yet done so.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe goes on a talk show in the U.K. The video shows her sitting there telling the host that she gave all that money away, and the terms she used in that video clip were, \u2018I gave it away,\u2019 \u2018I donated it,\u2019 \u2018It\u2019s gone,\u2019 but the fact is she didn\u2019t give much of it away at all,\u201d the juror explained.<\/p>\n<p>The juror also disputed Heard\u2019s post-trial claims that he and other members of the jury had been <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/amber-heard-in-first-interview-takes-shot-at-jury-says-social-media-unfair-even-if-you-think-im-lying\/\">swayed by social media<\/a>, arguing that several of the jurors did not even have accounts and the others had made it a point not to use them.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUltimately what I think is truthful was that they were both abusive to each other,\u201d he concluded. \u201cI don\u2019t think that makes either of them right or wrong.
