per <a class=\"gtmContentClick\" data-vars-link-text=\"a statement\" data-vars-click-url=\"https:\/\/www.inherentresolve.mil\/Home\/Article\/3064878\/coalition-forces-detain-senior-daesh-leader\/\" data-vars-content-id=\"fbaca3a8-23d6-4762-95d3-8ed943a690b9\" data-vars-headline=\"ISIS leader captured in U.S.-led raid in Syria\" data-vars-event-category=\"story\" data-vars-sub-category=\"story\" data-vars-item=\"in_content_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.inherentresolve.mil\/Home\/Article\/3064878\/coalition-forces-detain-senior-daesh-leader\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a statement<\/a> from the Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve, which noted no civilian or military member was harmed during the operation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;The mission was meticulously planned to minimize the risk of collateral damage, particularly any potential harm to civilians,&#8221;
