I\u2019m told DHS will imminently allege \u201cadministrative violations\u201d, agents will be able to respond <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FoxNews?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@FoxNews<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Bill Melugin (@BillFOXLA) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BillFOXLA\/status\/1536846948061401094?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 14, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Melugin <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BillFOXLA\/status\/1536847358801108992?s=20&#038;t=DKXniLhAMT3Y89-2ZArx0Q\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">said<\/a> the federal source said the announcement is \u201cexpected to come down any day now.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s unclear what \u2018administrative violations\u2019 the BP agents will be accused of, but they are not being accused of any criminal conduct,\u201d Melugin added. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/22\/no-surprise-mayorkas-promised-border-whipping-investigation-would-be-done-in-days-if-not-weeks-but-its-been-six-months\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Mayorkas Promised Border \u2018Whipping\u2019 Investigation Would Be Done \u2018In Days, If Not Weeks,\u2019 But It\u2019s Been Six Months)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The incident took place on Sept. 19 when thousands of Haitian migrants showed up to the border in Del Rio, Texas. <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/09\/22\/border-patrol-whip-migrants-reassigned\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Agents<\/a> on horseback were captured in images swinging their reins in the air. The images sparked immediate backlash with hundreds <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/09\/21\/media-cbp-agents-horses-whips-haitian-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">accusing<\/a> the agents of whipping migrants.<\/p>\n<p>Photographer <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/09\/24\/paul-ratje-photographer-migrants-not-being-whipped\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Paul Ratje<\/a>, who captured the shots, said he never actually saw agents \u201cwhipping\u201d migrants and that his photos were being misinterpreted.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSome of the Haitian men started running, trying to go around the horses,\u201d Ratje said. \u201cI\u2019ve never seen them whip anyone.
