There is no evidence the Biden administration approved such a plan.<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Fact Check:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Facebook post shows what appears to be a screen grab of a news broadcast that shows Biden at a podium with a news chyron below him reading, \u201cBiden Approves $0 Health Card.\u201d Additional text in the chyron claims the \u201cnew card gives free health insurance to Americans 25+.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>There is no evidence that the Biden administration announced such a measure. No such <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/?s=health+card\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">announcement<\/a> could be found on the White House website nor does the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cms.gov\/search\/cms?keys=health+card\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Center for Medicaid Services<\/a> website list any information about a sweeping medical benefits card being provided to all Americans over 25. There are likewise no credible <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=joe+biden+healthcare+card&#038;oq=joe+biden+healthcare+card&#038;aqs=chrome..69i57.3329j1j4&#038;sourceid=chrome&#038;ie=UTF-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">news reports<\/a> suggesting Biden has signed a bill into law that provides free health insurance to Americans.<\/p>\n<p>A reverse image search reveals the image of Biden used in the post was taken in <a href=\"https:\/\/cd.usembassy.gov\/new-biden-administration-represents-opportunities-for-expanding-cooperation-with-the-drc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">February 2021<\/a>. The image, credited to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.apimages.com\/metadata\/Index\/Biden\/f29e1ef193c246ae82a994393a6eb404\/9\/0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Evan Vucci of The Associated Press<\/a>, shows Biden giving a speech about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/speeches-remarks\/2021\/02\/04\/remarks-by-president-biden-on-americas-place-in-the-world\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">foreign policy<\/a>, specifically a military coup in Burma that occurred earlier that month.
