In an exclusive interview with ABC Tuesday, she said she had her \u201chead in the sand\u201d regarding their finances and wouldn\u2019t be able to testify about the matter in court.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">EXCLUSIVE: Kathleen Buhle, Hunter Biden\u2019s ex-wife, to <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/arobach?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@arobach<\/a> on his addiction issues: &#8220;He was struggling under a massive drug addiction. She also called her decision to let Biden completely control their finances \u201cembarrassing.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u201cThis was one of the harder parts for me to write and to acknowledge,\u201d she explained. \u201cIt\u2019s embarrassing to say that I seated all financial control to my husband.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>When asked why, Biden\u2019s ex responded with, \u201cI liked the nice things and I didn\u2019t want to think about the cost at which they were coming.
