No reason for the delay was provided, only that additional details would follow. <\/p>\n<p><b><a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/politics\/trump-responds-to-jan-6-hearings-with-12-page-rebuttal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TRUMP RESPONDS TO JAN. 6 HEARINGS WITH 12-PAGE REBUTTAL<\/a><\/b> <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe schedule has always been fluid,\u201d Rep. Pete Aguilar (D-CA) told reporters on Tuesday, adding that additional hearings next week are expected. &#8220;We\u2019ll continue sharing the results that we&#8217;ve learned, and most importantly, ensuring that this never happens again.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>With members of the select committee on different pages over <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/jan-6-chairman-rules-out-trump-criminal-referral\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">whether it should issue criminal referrals<\/a>, Aguilar said that no decisions have been made on the direction the panel will take. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen the hearings are complete, we will have those conversations,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n<p>The committee has held two public hearings, one in prime time last week and the second on Monday morning. <\/p>\n<p>In recorded video testimony on Monday, <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/house\/bill-barr-trump-january-6-hearing-detached-reality\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">former Attorney General Bill Barr said<\/a> former President <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/donald-trump\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Donald Trump<\/a> embraced baseless conspiracy theories about Dominion Voting Systems machines and that he told the president his claims were unfounded. Barr went on to say that Trump&#8217;s claims of election fraud in <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/philadelphia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Philadelphia<\/a> were &#8220;absolutely rubbish.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p><b><a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CLICK HERE TO READ MORE FROM THE WASHINGTON EXAMINER<\/a><\/b> <\/p>\n<p>Claims of election fraud were used in fundraising emails sent to supporters in the weeks following the <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/tag\/2020-elections\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2020 election<\/a>, according to <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/politics\/trump-misled-donors-raised-millions-nonexistent-fund\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">evidence uncovered<\/a> by the House committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack at the Capitol.
