When outrage about the Big Tech company\u2019s knack for political censorship bubbles, Twitter occasionally claims it made a mistake. This week, it happened again.<\/p>\n<p>Citing an \u201cerror,\u201d Twitter reinstated the account of \u201cRelatable\u201d podcast host Allie Beth Stuckey on Monday night. But that was only after it received backlash for locking the Christian conservative\u2019s account because she criticized Fox News for celebrating a California couple who forced radical transgender ideology on their 14-year-old daughter when she was an infant. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m stunned that Fox News ran a segment celebrating a girl whose parents \u2018transitioned\u2019 her into a boy when she was 5 because she apparently told them she was a boy \u2018before [she] could talk.\u2019 Absolutely maddening &#038; heartbreaking,\u201d Stuckey\u2019s original tweet stated.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-captioned=\"\" data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/Cew4MegLspK\/?utm_source=ig_embed&#038;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\"><\/blockquote>\n<p>At the time of the suspension, Twitter claimed Stuckey violated its hateful conduct policy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou may not promote violence against, threaten, or harass other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease,\u201d a message from Twitter stated. <\/p>\n<p>It was only after Stuckey appealed and several prominent conservatives including Babylon Bee CEO Seth Dillon <a href=\"https:\/\/mobile.twitter.com\/sethdillon\/status\/1536489995648880641?s=21&#038;t=i_CWmtrf-4H25P6F0KjbTQ\">tweeted<\/a> their disgust at Twitter\u2019s decision that the company decided to reverse course on the commentator\u2019s account.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJust got word from @conservmillen that she\u2019s been locked out for hateful conduct,\u201d Dillon said. \u201cIt seems they\u2019ll keep this up until everyone remaining on the platform either agrees with them or censors themselves.\u201d  <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"443\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Screen-Shot-2022-06-14-at-7.15.35-AM-1024x443-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-274001\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Screen-Shot-2022-06-14-at-7.15.35-AM-1024x443-1.png 1024w, https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Screen-Shot-2022-06-14-at-7.15.35-AM-300x130.png 300w, https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Screen-Shot-2022-06-14-at-7.15.35-AM-768x332-1.png 768w, https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Screen-Shot-2022-06-14-at-7.15.35-AM.png 1198w\"><\/figure>\n<p>Stuckey may have won her appeal but Twitter has repeatedly used its sweeping \u201chateful conduct policy\u201d to deplatform conservatives and even one popular satire account for affirming the realities of the sexes. That\u2019s something even <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/04\/14\/the-left-is-freaking-out-over-elon-musk-because-twitter-rigs-the-game-for-democrats\/\">possible Twitter-buyer Elon Musk has noticed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Federalist\u2019s John Daniel Davidson was <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/03\/30\/twitter-locked-my-account-for-telling-the-truth-about-rachel-levine\/\">indefinitely banned<\/a> by Twitter in March after he tweeted that Rachel Levine, the U.S. assistant secretary for health, is obviously a man despite the corporate media, Big Tech, and the Biden administration\u2019s insistence that he is a \u201ctrans woman.\u201d\u00a0Despite appealing numerous times, Davidson still is not allowed back on Twitter unless he bends a knee to Twitter and deletes his original tweet.<\/p>\n<p>Davidson\u2019s suspension occurred shortly after Twitter <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/03\/21\/the-babylon-bees-twitter-resistance-is-a-lesson-in-taking-on-tech-tyrants\/\">locked down the Babylon Bee<\/a> account for calling a male a man. Similarly, Twitter suspended Babylon Bee Editor-in-Chief Kyle Mann for tweeting a joke about Twitter\u2019s subjective user policies. Turning Point USA Founder and President <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/03\/22\/twitter-bans-babylon-bee-staff-charlie-kirk-for-saying-men-are-men-and-mocking-censorship\/\">Charlie Kirk<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/04\/14\/twitter-punishes-libs-of-tik-tok-for-daring-to-expose-radical-leftism\/\">Libs of Tik Tok<\/a> also suffered suspensions for contradicting the prevailing leftist narrative. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.libsoftiktok.com\/p\/leaked-internal-messages-show-twitter?s=w\">Leaked messages<\/a> from what appears to be an internal Twitter conversation over Slack show that Twitter employees purposefully target Libs of Tik Tok because they don\u2019t like that the anonymous creator exposes what\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/libsoftiktok\/status\/1514309947969851392?s=20&#038;t=CtSzL7b19grLx6eNc-7AMg\">gender-bending<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/libsoftiktok\/status\/1492252918149378048?s=20&#038;t=b7RtnJo__CqNH8XeBNbwxA\">Trump-hating<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/libsoftiktok\/status\/1505967374381379586?s=20&#038;t=b7RtnJo__CqNH8XeBNbwxA\">racist<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/04\/07\/weirdos-who-want-to-sexualize-your-children-should-absolutely-be-stigmatized-as-groomers\/\">groomer<\/a>\u00a0leftists have already revealed about themselves online.<\/p>\n<p>Those suspensions were nothing new for Twitter, though. The company\u2019s history of targeting anyone who harms their preferred narrative\u2122 \u2014 such as <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/03\/04\/after-banning-trump-for-denouncing-violence-twitter-lets-putin-keep-his-account\/\">President Donald Trump<\/a>,<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/02\/16\/twitter-allows-actual-hacked-doxxing-of-freedom-convoy-donors-after-censoring-hunter-biden-reporting\/\"> Canadian truckers<\/a>, doctors and scientists discussing the origins of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/04\/13\/big-tech-is-censoring-science-because-covid-19-panic-made-them-rich-and-destroyed-their-competition\/\">Covid-19<\/a>,\u00a0and the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2020\/10\/22\/a-full-week-later-twitter-keeps-the-new-york-posts-account-locked-without-explanation\/\">New York Post<\/a> \u2014 indicates that Twitter suppressing dissenters is no accident.<\/p>\n<p>Twitter, the platform <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2020\/06\/25\/twitters-brazen-2020-election-interference-will-eventually-end-in-banning-trump\/\">guilty of election interference<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-10823295\/Twitter-does-not-believe-free-speech-Twitter-engineer-recorded-saying-censor-right.html\">targets conservatives<\/a>, plain and simple.
