The document also recorded the teen\u2019s weight at 383 pounds.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The publication noted that the FreeFall ride weight limit is 287 pounds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBe careful when seeing if large guests fit into the seats,\u201d a manual for the ride says. \u201cCheck that they fit within the contours of the seat and the bracket fits properly. If this is not so \u2014 Do not let this person ride.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sampson died in March after slipping out of the safety harness while the 430-foot-tall ride was about halfway down. A video of the tragic accident went viral on social media after a crowd of people witnessed the tragedy.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Per the Post, ride operators had apparently adjusted Sampson\u2019s harness to allow him to ride before the accident. His friends said that the teen football player had been turned away from other rides at ICON Park because he was too large to fit on them.<\/p>\n<p>According to witnesses, Sampson knew he was not correctly fitted in the seat while on the ride.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen the ride took off, that\u2019s when he was feeling uncomfortable,\u201d Tyre\u2019s father Yarnell Sampson said, as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/family-of-14-year-old-who-died-at-amusement-park-starts-petition-to-close-ride\">reported<\/a> by The Daily Wire. \u201cHe was like, \u2018What\u2019s going on?\u2019 That\u2019s when he started freaking out, and he was explaining to his friend next to him, \u2018I don\u2019t know man. If I don\u2019t make it down, please tell my Mom and Daddy I love them.\u2019 For him to say something like that, he must have felt something.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Amusement park ride safety analyst and consultant Ken Martin told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/orlando-freefall-amusement-park-ride-safety-expert-says-someone-killed-teenager-charges-should-be-filed\">Fox News<\/a> that the teen\u2019s death was \u201ccriminal\u201d and preventable.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOnce Mr. Sampson got on the ride, the ride operator should have come around, attempted to pull the shoulder harness over him and lock it,\u201d he said. \u201cWe all saw that.
