The \u201cLove Can Build a Bridge\u201d hitmaker said she was \u201cso grateful for my family of choice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHundreds of cards &#038; letters continue to pour in,\u201d Wynonna tweeted to her more than 100,000 followers. \u201cI read them every day during my morning devotions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am so grateful for my family of choice,\u201d she added. \u201cThank you ALL for thinking of me during this season of life after death\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Hundreds of cards &#038; letters continue to pour in. Thank you ALL for thinking of me during this season of life after death\u2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/TBvBEjLgPD\">pic.twitter.com\/TBvBEjLgPD<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Wynonna (@Wynonna) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Wynonna\/status\/1536343214352961536?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 13, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Last month, the \u201cMama He\u2019s Crazy\u201d singer\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/wynonna-judd-says-she-feels-helpless-after-moms-suicide-that-she-cant-do-this-grieving-thing-alone-in-heartfelt-post\">shared<\/a> a touching post on Instagram about how she felt \u201chelpless\u201d after her mother\u2019s death, and admitted she can\u2019t \u201cdo this grieving thing all by myself.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI DO know, that the pain of losing Mom on 4\/30 to suicide is so great, that I often feel like I\u2019m not ever going to be able to fully accept and surrender to the truth that she left the way she did,\u201d Judd shared. \u201cThis cannot be how The Judds story ends. I DO know, that in order to be a healthier grandparent to my firstborn grandchild Kaliyah, {born 4\/13, 2 weeks &#038; 2 days before Mom left}, to break the cycle of addiction &#038; family dysfunction, that I must continue to show up for myself {first} and do the personal healing work.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI know that it is a simple steps program, and those steps are not easy to take at times,\u201d she added. \u201cTherefore, I\u2019ve made a commitment to keep doing the \u2018next right thing,\u2019 and schedule weekly appointments so that I continue with the ongoing work, even when I have good days. I DO know, that I feel so helpless\u2014right now especially.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI DO know, that as corny as it sounds,\u201d the country singer continued. \u201cI find myself humming the song that Mom wrote for the fans, to myself here on the farm at night. I really DO know, that I\u2019m not able to do this grieving thing all by myself, and that it\u2019s okay to reach out for help. I will continue to fight for my faith, for my SELF, for my family, and I WILL continue to show up &#038; sing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She thanked fans for all the \u201clove and support\u201d they have shared following her mom\u2019s suicide, and closed out her post by saying \u201clet\u2019s check in more often.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is a free hotline for individuals in crisis or distress or for those looking to help someone else.
