This week, the US Attorney\u2019s Office of the Southern District of New York filed the lawsuit on behalf of a female member of the Harrison Fire Department.<\/p>\n<p>Former firefighter Angela Bommarito joined the Harrison Fire Department in 2015 where prosecutors allege senior firefighter Henry Mohr stalked and harassed her. Prosecutors claimed the department created a hostile work environment by allowing the plaintiff to do such things after she tried to end a sexual relationship with him.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">United States sues the Town\/Village of Harrison, New York and its fire department for discrimination and sexual harassment<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/ERsLGGZM79\">https:\/\/t.co\/ERsLGGZM79<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 US Attorney SDNY (@SDNYnews) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SDNYnews\/status\/1534546820189368322?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 8, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>According the the suit, the Harrison Police Chief made sure the allegations would not be investigated.
