Please meet with me @marcorubio I just want to figure out how we can stop these things from happening. We have to end the continuous debate and find what we can agree on.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A spokesman for Rubio told The Daily Wire on Thursday that this claim was false: Rubio\u2019s office had a meeting scheduled for 2 p.m. on Thursday with both <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/gun-control\">Hogg<\/a> and the March for Our Lives team, but they canceled after they saw his fabricated tweet.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo one said such a thing,\u201d Rubio\u2019s Chief of Staff Michael Needham responded to Hogg. \u201cAs for the meeting, you must be confused as we had a 2p meeting scheduled with you.
