Wade holds.<\/p>\n<p>Biden made the remarks on the late night talk show \u201cJimmy Kimmel Live!\u201d on Thursday evening. A <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/05\/04\/preside-joe-biden-abortion-roe-v-wade\/\">Catholic<\/a>, pro-choice president, Biden declared that overturning the landmark decision that deems abortion is <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2019\/06\/09\/abortion-michigan-hotel\/\">protected<\/a> under the U.S. Constitution would be \u201cridiculous.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t think the country will stand for it,\u201d Biden told Kimmel. \u201cIf in fact the decision comes down the way it does, and these states impose the limitations they\u2019re talking about, it\u2019s going to cause a mini revolution and they\u2019re going to vote these folks out of office.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Biden also floated the possibility of issuing executive orders if the court overturns Roe v. Wade and noted that \u201cthere\u2019s a whole range of things that are at stake\u201d if the decision stands.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WATCH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s some executive orders I could employ, we believe. We\u2019re looking at that right now,\u201d Biden said, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.independent.co.uk\/news\/world\/americas\/us-politics\/biden-abortion-access-roe-v-wade-b2097443.html?utm_content=Echobox&#038;utm_medium=Social&#038;utm_campaign=Main&#038;utm_source=Twitter#Echobox=1654778993\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">according<\/a> to the Independent. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/05\/04\/joe-biden-abortion-views-changed\/\">(RELATED:\u00a0How Biden\u2019s Abortion Stance Has Changed Over The Years)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After Politico <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2022\/05\/02\/supreme-court-abortion-draft-opinion-00029473\">obtained<\/a> and published a draft opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito in early May, Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/05\/03\/joe-biden-rallies-voters-midterms-roe-v-wade-draft-opinion-abortion\/\">called<\/a> for voters to turn out in the upcoming midterm elections. He noted in a statement issued shortly after the leak that \u201cit will fall on our nation\u2019s elected officials at all levels of government to protect a woman\u2019s right to choose.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At the time, Biden also called on lawmakers to adopt legislation to <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/05\/06\/jen-psaki-joe-biden-abortion-white-house\/\">protect<\/a> Roe v. Wade.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt will fall on voters to elect pro-choice officials this November.
