Wade<\/em> might soon be overturned, the White House has not specifically condemned protesting at the Supreme Court justices\u2019 homes.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">FLASHBACK: Jen Psaki refused to condemn pro-abortion activists posting a map with the HOME ADDRESSES of Supreme Court justices <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/MKoDJLr8CW\">pic.twitter.com\/MKoDJLr8CW<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 RNC Research (@RNCResearch) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RNCResearch\/status\/1534555835451314178?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 8, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<p>And on Wednesday, Bates did not say that the Biden administration condemns protesting at the justices homes, noting that the former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki has emphasized that Americans may protest peacefully.<\/p>\n<p>Bates noted that Attorney General Merrick Garland has condemned threats to the justices, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/opa\/pr\/attorney-general-merrick-b-garland-meets-supreme-court-officials-regarding-judicial-security\">saying<\/a>,\u00a0\u201cThe rise of violence and unlawful threats of violence directed at those who serve the public is unacceptable and dangerous to our democracy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Biden supports legislation that would fund increased security for the court and the judges, Bates said on Wednesday, noting that \u00a0\u201cthe Department of Justice has U.S. Marshals providing support to the Supreme Court Marshal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He also flagged the Department of Homeland Security\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dhs.gov\/news\/2022\/06\/07\/dhs-issues-national-terrorism-advisory-system-ntas-bulletin\">promise that it is<\/a> \u201cworking with [their] partners across every level of government and the private sector to share timely information and intelligence, prevent all forms of violence, and to support law enforcement efforts to keep our communities safe.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Supreme Court Public Information Officer\u00a0Patricia McCabe confirmed to The Daily Wire on Wednesday morning that \u201cat approximately 1:50 a.m. today, a man was arrested near Justice Kavanaugh\u2019s residence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe man was armed and made threats against Justice Kavanaugh,\u201d she said. \u201cHe was transported to Montgomery County Police 2nd\u00a0District.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Montgomery County Police did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The Daily Wire.<\/p>\n<p>Anonymous sources familiar with the investigation\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/dc-md-va\/2022\/06\/08\/kavanaugh-threat-arrest-justice\/\">told The Washington Post<\/a>\u00a0that the\u00a0man is in his mid-20s and was carrying at least one weapon as well as burglary tools.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-copy font--article-body gray-darkest ma-0 pb-md\" data-qa=\"drop-cap-letter\" data-el=\"text\">Someone had tipped off police that the man could potentially pose a threat to Kavanaugh, the sources told the publication, and the man was stopped on a street near Kavanaugh\u2019s Montgomery County residence. He did not enter Kavanaugh\u2019s property, the report said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-copy font--article-body gray-darkest ma-0 pb-md\" data-qa=\"drop-cap-letter\" data-el=\"text\">The Washington Post reported that initial evidence suggests the man was angry over recent mass shootings and reacted to a leaked draft opinion indicating that the Supreme Court would overturn <em>Roe v.
