And one of the things that\u2019s on the table is raising the age limit,\u201d Jean-Pierre said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAre you sure that\u2019s on the table? Raising the age limit from 18 to 21 to buy AR-15s? Because John Cornyn has said that\u2019s not on the table,\u201d the reporter interjected.<\/p>\n[embedded content]\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m just saying it\u2019s been discussed,\u201d Jean-Pierre said, claiming she thought the reporter asked what Jean-Pierre personally thought would help. The press secretary added <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/06\/03\/media-biden-gun-control-speech\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">President Joe Biden<\/a> supports raising the age limit. Jean-Pierre said she would not negotiate on behalf of Congress.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m actually asking what among the things the senators are considering could\u2019ve prevented this,\u201d the reporter asked before Jean-Pierre said again she would not \u201cnegotiate\u201d from the podium. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/06\/07\/matthew-mcconaughey-remembers-uvalde-victims-white-house\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Matthew McConaughey Fights Back Tears Remembering Uvalde School Shooting Victims At White House)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Texas Republican Sen.
