A video of the incident shows the woman moving toward a concrete wall to get out of the car\u2019s way, but the driver swerved into her and nearly hit the concrete wall.<\/p>\n<p>The juvenile camp where the teenager will serve out his sentence is \u201cless than a military school and a little bit tougher than a summer camp,\u201d prosecutors said, according to Fox 11. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/06\/06\/los-angeles-mayor-karen-bass-rick-caruso-soft-on-crime\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Soft-On-Crime LA Mayoral Candidate Making Massive Gains Among White Liberals: POLL)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los Angeles District Attorney <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/04\/18\/convicted-murderer-cheers-los-angeles-district-attorney-george-gascon-policies-tattoo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">George Gascon<\/a> initially claimed the Los Angeles County Sheriff\u2019s Department (LASD) \u201cagreed with the felony charges\u201d and sentencing in this case, according to Fox 11, but walked back that statement after Los Angeles Sheriff Alex Villanueva said his agency had never been consulted on the matter.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNeed to correct our statement from yesterday.
