The claim stems from a satirical website.<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Fact Check:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>A jury found both actor Johnny Depp and Heard liable for defamation in their lawsuits against each other, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2022\/06\/01\/entertainment\/johnny-depp-amber-heard-verdict\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CNN<\/a>. Depp was awarded $15 million in compensatory and punitive damages while Heard was only awarded $2 million in compensatory damages, the outlet reports.<\/p>\n<p>A Facebook <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/bfclisa.hill\/posts\/pfbid02r2TdnX3WhMaicsmjRrQxY1CtPhYnWHTFnj3kivCBcesyswYPsm96HxhKhHiCCeHKl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">post<\/a> claims Heard was recently arrested and is facing several criminal charges. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/checkyourfact.com\/2022\/06\/02\/fact-check-did-cnn-publish-depp-rittenhouse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Did CNN Report On Johnny Depp And Kyle Rittenhouse Organizing A National Tour Together?)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cAmber Heard has been arrested by state police for multiple criminal offences including perjury and possession of cocaine,\u201d reads the post. \u201cHeard is accused of making multiple false statements on the witness stand during her defamation trial. When police went to her residence to execute the arrest warrant, Heard was found to be in possession of a small amount of cocaine and crystal methamphetamine.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This claim is fabricated.
