I feel at peace knowing I have finally accomplished that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Heard released a statement on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CeRk4W1uBTe\/\">Instagram<\/a> and shared that she was \u201cheartbroken,\u201d as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/defiant-amber-heard-unloads-in-lengthy-post-after-johnny-depp-wins-big-in-defamation-case\">The Daily Wire<\/a> previously reported.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe disappointment I feel today is beyond words,\u201d Heard wrote in part. \u201cI\u2019m heartbroken that the mountain of evidence still was not enough to stand up to the disproportionate power, influence, and sway of my ex-husband.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The jury awarded Depp $15 million in monetary damages for Heard defaming him in the op-ed, as previously <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/breaking-johnny-depp-wins-in-defamation-case-against-amber-heard\">reported<\/a>.
