The \u201cAquaman\u201d actress has countersued for $100 million.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">\u201cKate Moss was alone as she exited London\u2019s Royal Albert Hall on Tuesday evening, shortly after reuniting with ex-boyfriend Johnny Depp\u00a0backstage following his cameo performance with rock legend Jeff Beck,\u201d a Daily Mail <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/tvshowbiz\/article-10874005\/Kate-Moss-leaves-Royal-Albert-Hall-partying-backstage-former-boyfriend-Johnny-Depp.html\">report<\/a> said, adding that the two were \u201cpartying\u201d backstage.<\/p>\n<p>Moss took the stand in the Depp\/Heard trial last Wednesday, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/kate-moss-takes-stand-contradicts-heard-testimony-suggesting-depp-threw-model-down-stairs\">telling<\/a> the court that Depp never pushed her down any stairs, seemingly contradicting earlier testimony from Heard.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe were leaving the room, and Johnny left the room before I did, and there had been a rainstorm,\u201d Moss recalled on the stand, discussing a Jamaican vacation she took with then-boyfriend Depp during the 1990s. \u201cAnd as I left the room, I slipped down the stairs and I hurt my back.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd I scream \u2026 because I didn\u2019t know what happened to me,\u201d the model continued, speaking via videoconference. \u201cI was in pain and he [Depp] came running back to help me and carried me to my room and got me medical attention.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDid Mr. Depp in any way push you down the stairs?\u201d Depp lawyer Ben Chew asked Moss.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo,\u201d she responded.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDuring the course of your relationship, did he ever push you down any stairs?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo,\u201d Moss said. \u201cHe never pushed me, kicked me, or threw me down any stairs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Moss\u2019 quick, clean testimony was notably not challenged by Heard\u2019s team, which turned down an opportunity to cross-examine the model.<\/p>\n<p>While awaiting a verdict in the defamation case, Depp jammed with guitar legend Jeff Beck for a gig in the U.K.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe \u2018Pirates of the Caribbean\u2019 actor took the stage\u00a0at Sheffield City Hall Sunday night with Beck to perform several songs, including Marvin Gaye\u2019s \u2018What\u2019s Goin\u2019 On\u2019 and John Lennon\u2019s \u2018Isolation,\u2019 and Jimi Hendrix\u2019s \u2018Little Wing,&#8217;\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/johnny-depp-performs-with-guitar-legend-in-u-k-gig-as-he-awaits-defamation-verdict\">The Daily Wire<\/a> reported. \u201cThe pair recently released a single of their version of the former Beatle\u2019s song.
