There is no evidence to suggest Bourla made such a statement.<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Fact Check:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Bourla appeared at the recent WEF Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2022\/05\/25\/pfizer-wouldnt-worry-about-monkeypox-cuts-drug-costs-for-low-income.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CNBC<\/a>. A post shared on Facebook claims that while attending the event he stated his plan to eliminate half the world\u2019s population by 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The Facebook post links to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bitchute.com\/video\/rUcdyWOPejkT\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">video<\/a> on Bitchute, viewed over 50,000 times, which shows Bourla speaking with WEF founder Klaus Schwab. At one point in the video, Bourla appears to say, \u201cWe set up the goals for the next five years and one of them was by 2023 we will reduce the number of people in the world by 50 percent. I think today this dream is becoming a reality.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEXPOSED !! The WEF\u2019s verified <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=9ccd3LMNMl8&#038;t=165s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">YouTube<\/a> channel uploaded the entire conversation between the two men on May 25. In this unedited version, Bourla says it is his 2023 goal to \u201c<\/span><span>reduce the number of people in the world that cannot afford our medicines by 50 percent.\u201d The Bitchute version appears to have simply edited the video\u2019s audio to make it seem as if Bourla made a completely different remark.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n[embedded content]\n<p>Neither Bourla nor Schwab make any mention of plans to eliminate <span>half the human population in the course of their conversation.
