At the time, the speaker\u2019s husband was \u00a0\u201cdriving a 2021 Porsche into an intersection near the town of Yountville and was hit by a 2014 Jeep,\u201d the Associated Press reported. \u201cNo injuries were reported, and the 48-year-old driver of the Jeep was not arrested.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSeveral news reports about Saturday night\u2019s traffic incident involving Paul Pelosi have included incorrect information,\u201d the attorney said. \u201cMr. Pelosi was attending a dinner party at the home of friends near Oakville.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe left that party at 10:15 PM Saturday, to drive to his home a short distance away. He was alone in his car,\u201d the statement continued. \u201cAfter stopping at the intersection of Walnut Drive and Highway 29, and proceeding across Highway 29 to Oakville Cross Road, his car was hit on the back fender by a Jeep heading southbound on Highway 29.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The attorney claimed that Paul Pelosi was \u201cfully cooperative with California Highway Patrol officers\u201d and that \u201ca prior driving offense erroneously attributed to Mr. Pelosi is untrue and likely refers to another person with the same name.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It was not clear what the offense was that the attorney was referring to and which he demanded \u201cmust be corrected.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are also incorrect reports that misstate the timing of events,\u201d the statement concluded. \u201cMr. Pelosi left the dinner party at 10:15 PM Saturday.
