Well, they\u2019re not gonna give their guns up. So, you\u2019re gonna have, only criminals are gonna have guns. It\u2019s not gonna be a good situation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd is the answer to make schools these armored compounds, where you have armed guards outside of every school dressed like it\u2019s a military?\u201d he added. \u201cBoy, that\u2019s not something we want either. But what do you do to protect the children? And how many dollars is that going to cost?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Later, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/makes-people-lose-faith-in-law-enforcement-rogan-slams-la-da-not-filing-felony-charges-against-suspect-in-dave-chappelle-attack\">podcast host<\/a> recalled something he once tweeted, \u201cthis country has a mental health problem disguised as a gun problem. And the more increased power and control you have over people, the easier it is for them to do what they do.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFreedoms lost are rarely regained,\u201d he added. \u201cThe situation is, should you be able to own a gun to defend yourself if you\u2019re a law-abiding citizen and you know the police are horribly understaffed and you know that crime and violence are real things? \u2026 What should we do?
