By the way, once you\u2019re commissioned, remember I am your Commander-in-Chief,\u201d he whispered. \u201cSo don\u2019t ask me too tough a question, okay?\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>WATCH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The president has a history of whispering into the microphone when addressing large crowds. In 2021, he <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/06\/24\/joe-biden-whispers-answers-1-trillion-relief\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">whispered<\/a> to the press about COVID relief and environmental legislation. While vice president, he spoke in front of Academy graduates in 2010 and 2015. Over 20,000 people were in attendance at Friday\u2019s ceremony, according to the outlet.<\/p>\n<p>During his remarks, Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/05\/27\/biden-late-republican-senator-john-mccain-two-hard-assed-guys-i-love-you\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">honored<\/a> the late Republican Arizona Sen. and Naval officer John McCain, calling him an \u201cAmerican hero.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>McCain and he \u201cdisagreed politically on things,\u201d Biden said. \u201cBut being here, I can\u2019t help but think of John and how the Naval Academy meant so much to him. He chose these grounds for his final resting place. John, as an American hero, withstood torture, years of being held as a prisoner of war. When he came home, he wanted to continue to serve.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Former Presidents George W. Bush, Barack Obama and <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2018\/05\/25\/youre-fired-trump-academy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Donald Trump<\/a> addressed Naval Academy graduates in 2005, 2013 and 2018, respectively, according to CBS News.
