Democrats were <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/opinion\/campaign\/3497049-how-overturning-roe-v-wade-impacts-the-midterms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hoping<\/a> the leaked draft of a Supreme Court decision that overturns <em>Roe<\/em> v. <em>Wade<\/em> would improve their dismal prospects in the midterms.<\/p>\n<p>Those Democrats are wrong, the election handicapper found.
