Despite Biden\u2019s repeated attempts to label the high costs of goods and energy as the \u201cPutin Price Hike,\u201d just 25% of registered voters said that Russian President Vladimir Putin \u201cis primarily to blame for the surge in inflation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That same poll <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/poll-majority-of-american-voters-have-doubts-about-bidens-fitness-for-office-believe-hes-showing-hes-too-old-to-be-president\">found<\/a> that the majority believe that Biden is mentally unfit for office and is showing signs that he is too old for the job.<\/p>\n<p>When asked, \u201cIs Joe Biden mentally fit to serve as President of the United States or do you have doubts about his fitness for office?\u201d 53% of respondents answered, \u201cI have doubts about his fitness.\u201d Broken down along party lines, 19% of Democrats responded accordingly, as did 83% of Republicans, and a whopping 61% of Independents answered the same.<\/p>\n<p>The poll also asked, \u201cDo you think Joe Biden is showing he is too old to be President or do you think he is showing he is fit to be president?\u201d Sixty-two percent responded that he is \u201cshowing he is too old.\u201d Thirty-eight percent of respondents said that he is \u201cshowing he is fit to be president.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Daily Wire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/poll-finds-most-americans-describe-bidens-actions-as-incompetent-and-distracted\">reported<\/a> on Monday that a recent CBS poll also showed that 44% of Americans approve of the job Biden is doing as president. Furthermore, a look at the descriptions Americans provided for Biden may explain why the majority of people, or 56%, disapprove of Biden\u2019s job performance.<\/p>\n<p>The CBS poll was conducted May 18-20 and featured a nationally representative sample of 2,041 Americans.<\/p>\n<p>CBS asked respondents to state whether or not certain words would \u201cdescribe\u201d or \u201cnot describe\u201d Biden\u2019s \u201cactions as President so far.\u201d While 53% of Americans said that the term \u201cdivisive\u201d does not describe the president\u2019s actions, 62% of Americans also said that the word \u201cunifying\u201d would not be an accurate description either.<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, 62% of Americans said the word \u201ceffective\u201d does not apply, while 57% of Americans said the word \u201cdistracted\u201d describes Biden\u2019s actions.<\/p>\n<p>The Harvard CAPS\/Harris poll was conducted by Mark Penn, chairman of The Harris Poll; Dritan Nesho, CEO of HarrisX; and Stephen Ansolabehere, a professor and CAPS Director Emeritus at Harvard University.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A new poll indicates that 95% of registered American voters believe that inflation is a \u201csomewhat serious\u201d or \u201cvery serious\u201d issue.
