The house is still listed for sale online.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Fact Check:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>President Joe Biden signed into effect a $40 billion aid package for Ukraine May 21, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2022\/05\/10\/1097883083\/how-the-u-s-aid-to-ukraine-is-taking-shape\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NPR<\/a>. The money is intended to provide the country with military and humanitarian aid as it continues to fend off a Russian invasion, the outlet reported.<\/p>\n<p>An image shared on Facebook claims Zelenskyy used some of the funds to purchase a mansion in Florida. The image shows a glamorous villa along with superimposed text that reads, \u201cZelensky\u2019s new $35 million villa in Florida he purchased this month. Thanks to your $40,000,000,000 tax dollars.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The claim is incorrect. A reverse image search reveals the home featured in the post is listed for sale on the Sotheby\u2019s International Realty <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sothebysrealty.com\/eng\/sales\/detail\/180-l-2972-jrgz6r\/319-atlantic-ave-atlantic-island-sunny-isles-beach-fl-33160\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">website<\/a> for $11.5 million. There is no indication it has sold.
