The \u201cAquaman\u201d actress has countersued for $100 million.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOr, if you were telling the truth, you would know,\u201d Depp lawyer Camille Vasquez slammed Heard, after the actress told her to look at redacted photo metadata to figure out when the photo was actually taken.<\/p>\n<p>During cross-examination on Thursday, Vasquez showed Heard a photo of what looked like spilled wine that Heard used to bolster testimony of an alleged incident on December 15, 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Vasquez then showed Heard her own testimony about the photo, matching her discussion of the December 15, 2015, incident. But Heard pushed back, claiming the photo and re-read testimony were not enough to refresh her recollection.<\/p>\n<p>Vasquez then showed Heard a version of the same photo in connection to testimony the actress gave about an incident from May 21, 2016. Heard was also shown transcript of her own testimony about the photo and May incident.<\/p>\n<p>The actress conceded the connection.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDefendant\u2019s exhibit 512 and 725 seem to be different versions of the same picture, don\u2019t they?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s correct,\u201d Heard again conceded.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo, which is it? Which one of these photos was taken on December 15, 2015, or May 21, 2016?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Heard told Vasquez she could \u201cfind out\u201d by looking at the metadata on the photo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOr, if you were telling the truth, you would know,\u201d Vasquez shot back.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m supposed to know off the top of my head when you\u2019ve lived through five years of this stuff?\u201d Heard pushed back. \u201cThat\u2019s not how that works.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, on redirect, Heard looked directly at the jury and explained that testifying about both photos for two different incidents happened because there was so much violence during her relationship with Depp that she was simply unable to keep the photos\/incidents straight.<\/p>\n<p>WATCH:<\/p>\n[embedded content]\n<p>Cathy Russon from Law&#038;Crime highlighted the combative nature of the exchange:<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">FIREWORKS continue \u2013 <\/p>\n<p>Vasquez interrupts <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/AmberHeard?src=hash&#038;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#AmberHeard<\/a> as she is talking to the jury, &#8220;Miss Heard! Miss Heard, there is no question pending and I would appreciate if you wouldn&#8217;t make argument to the jury.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>Heard takes a drink, appears to roll her eyes and smirk. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/JohnnyDepp?src=hash&#038;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#JohnnyDepp<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/RhwFdUkHcT\">pic.twitter.com\/RhwFdUkHcT<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Cathy Russon (@cathyrusson) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/cathyrusson\/status\/1529853475386929152?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">May 26, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, former TMZ employee Morgan Tremaine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/id-say-the-same-for-you-courtroom-erupts-when-tmz-witness-hits-back-at-heard-lawyer\">testified<\/a> before the court that he\u00a0received an anonymous tip online that included video of Depp slamming cabinets.<\/p>\n<p>His testimony further implied that Heard or someone on her team were the ones who sent over the video, saying that TMZ was able to receive the tip, receive copyright ownership, and publish the video within about 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Tremaine said this can only be done when you\u2019re working with someone who has copyright ownership of the content in question.
