Should pilots\u2014under federal regulation required to be among the healthiest workers in the United States\u2014who have taken an experimental \u2018vaccine\u2019 that is now shown to have potentially deadly, long-term side\u00a0effects, be allowed to fly massive aircraft in our skies? While those who have (smartly) refrained from such a course be forced out of their jobs?\u201d it states.<\/p>\n<p>Atlas Air is one of the industry\u2019s largest cargo carrier companies and the world\u2019s largest operator of the Boeing 747 aircraft.<\/p>\n<p>The law firm was founded by Att. John Pierce, who founded the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nclu.com\/about\">National Constitutional Law Union<\/a>. He previously represented George Papadopoulos in connection with the 2016 \u201cRussia Hoax,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/dnc-lawsuit-trump-campaign-russia-wikileaks-hacking-dismissed\">reaching a dismissal<\/a> of the DNC\u2019s case and helping secure a presidential pardon. He is also currently representing defendants being charged in connection to the Jan. 6 Capitol breach.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo the complaint has been filed. We\u2019re in the process of serving everyone. And then, we\u2019ll likely be looking for some kind of injunctive relief here soon to make sure that all the COVID-related mandates stop immediately. And then we\u2019ll proceed [with] litigation, motion, practice, and discovery and then onward to trial eventually,\u201d Pierce told The Epoch Times.<\/p>\n<p>This week, John Pierce Law plans to file another lawsuit against United Airlines.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ll be hitting basically all of them in sequence, and then we\u2019ll be going after the FAA as well. We\u2019re gonna get these <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/t-vaccine-mandate\">vaccine mandate<\/a> type of rules and COVID restrictions ruled unconstitutional. And we\u2019re gonna get findings that there was discrimination under Title Seven. We\u2019re gonna get punitive damages for intentional infliction of emotional distress and things like that,\u201d Pierce said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s going to require a big fix, ultimately. And that\u2019s probably going to require legislation and kind of getting all the stakeholders at the table, but the first step is civil litigation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Airlines, which are government contractors, are affected by President Joe Biden\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/presidential-actions\/2021\/09\/09\/executive-order-on-ensuring-adequate-covid-safety-protocols-for-federal-contractors\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">order from September of last year<\/a>\u00a0that states all employees of those companies have to be vaccinated against the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/giving-the-right-name-to-the-virus-causing-a-worldwide-pandemic-2_3277200.html\">Chinese Communist Party<\/a> virus.<\/p>\n<p>Pierce said that as soon as he heard about the airline mandates he predicted that it would be the next big wave of litigations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[These lawsuits are] absolutely crucial. It\u2019s a very, very red line\u2014If you get to the point where you have to choose between getting an experimental drug shot in your arm and your paycheck, that\u2019s just unAmerican, it\u2019s unconstitutional, it\u2019s outrageous, it\u2019s sickening.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf that\u2019s not the hill to die on when it comes to liberty,\u00a0that\u2019s about as close as I can imagine it,\u201d Pierce said.<\/p>\n<p>Josh Yoder, a major airline pilot and a spokesperson for Freedom Flyers who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/truck-led-convoy-to-slowly-circle-the-dc-beltway-organizers_4319536.html\">recently supported the trucker-led<\/a>\u00a0\u201cThe People\u2019s Convoy,\u201d\u00a0says that there has been harassment, threats, intimidation, vaccine injuries, and even \u201csuicides that have come out of these mandates.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re not doing class action. We\u2019re doing individual litigants. And the reason we\u2019re doing it that way is because so many people have been harmed and people have experienced different levels of harm. We have the unvaccinated who have been harassed, threatened, and intimidated into getting vaccinated. Then we have many people as well who got vaccinated against their will, who were coerced and forced into doing it under threat of losing their employment,\u201d Yoder said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd then, in addition, we have the vaccine-injured, and the numbers of vaccine-injured are growing by the day,\u201d Yoder went on, \u201cIt\u2019s just incredible what\u2019s happening with pilots.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pilots have to maintain a flight physical in order to maintain their licenses.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/top-airline-pilot-suffers-cardiac-arrest-between-flights-post-mandatory-covid-vaccination_4477128.html\">The Epoch Times<\/a> recently reported that a pilot for American Airlines, one of the top 3 largest airlines in the country, suffered a cardiac arrest between two flights, about 6 minutes after landing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd so what we\u2019re seeing is many pilots are experiencing health conditions.\u00a0Specifically, cardiac issues [are] what we\u2019re seeing a lot of. And many of these pilots are afraid to come forward because if they come forward they lose their flight physical, they lose their flight medical. So they\u2019re continuing to fly. We have a lot of pilots that are flying with chest pain and neurological conditions, because if they come forward they lose their careers,\u201d Yoder said.<\/p>\n<p>Freedom Flyers is now acting as an advocacy group between the pilots, the FAA, and the companies in order to assist them in coming forward and speaking out on their conditions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have a massive team of medical professionals who are helping these people, but we\u2019re asking everyone to come forward.
