I never socialized with him. He doesn\u2019t talk to nobody. When you try to talk to him he\u2019d just sit there and walk away.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At a Tuesday press conference, authorities said the shooter acted alone.<\/p>\n<p>This is a developing story.
