He then <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/biden-repeats-debunked-claim-that-americans-cant-buy-a-cannon-you-can-absolutely-buy-a-cannon\/\">repeated the lie<\/a> he has told in the past about private ownership of cannons at the time the Second Amendment was written.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Second Amendment is not absolute,\u201d Biden claimed. \u201cWhen it was passed, you couldn\u2019t own \u2014 you couldn\u2019t own a cannon.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Biden touted the move again after he signed the order, detailing some of the provisions that were included. \u201cI just signed an Executive Order that delivers the most significant police reform in decades.
