Dorsey was recently accused by his fellow board members of helping Musk advance his $44 billion acquisition offer.<\/p>\n<p>Back in April, Twitter\u2019s board approved the sale of the company to the Tesla CEO. Dorsey seemed to agree with the choice as he voiced that he believed in Musk, tweeting \u201cElon\u2019s goal of creating a platform that is maximally trusted and broadly inclusive is the right one.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Elon\u2019s goal of creating a platform that is \u201cmaximally trusted and broadly inclusive\u201d is the right one. Reports say Dorsey and Musk had a disagreement over Twitter algorithms which Musk says are \u201cmanipulative and must change.\u201d On Friday, Twitter adopted a \u201cpoison pill\u201d to ward off Musk\u2019s takeover attempt.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u201cThe pill cuts off Musk\u2019s ability to make a tender offer over the heads of the board,\u201d said Boston College Law professor Brian Quinn. \u201cIf he wants to buy the company then all roads lead through the Twitter Board, he can\u2019t go directly to the shareholders with his offer.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>This departure means all of Twitter\u2019s founders have now cut ties with the company.<\/p>\n<h4>MORE NEWS:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oann.com\/sen-rubio-says-the-issue-is-not-the-firearm-but-the-lunatic-in-regards-to-school-shootings\/\">Sen.
