According to a report from the New York Post, the actor\u2019s legal team was spotted \u201cfist-pumping\u201d when Heard brought up Moss on the stand earlier this month, seemingly suggesting that Depp had pushed Moss down a staircase.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI just, in my head, instantly think of Kate Moss and stairs, and I swung at him,\u201d Heard said while testifying, telling the jury why she hit Depp during the alleged 2015 incident.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAmber mentioned an ex of Johnny\u2019s that clearly she felt was not supportive of him, which couldn\u2019t be further from the truth,\u201d a source told the Post following Heard\u2019s testimony.<\/p>\n<p>Fox News <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/entertainment\/johnny-depps-exes-winona-ryder-kate-moss-amber\">reported<\/a> that Moss and Depp\u2019s relationship had a \u201crocky start.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe pair\u2019s romance got off to a rocky start with Depp getting arrested for trashing the Mark Hotel during a fight with Moss in 1994,\u201d the report said, adding, \u201cThe charges were dropped, but the actor had to pay $10,000 in damages.
